Cooking Instructions General
Please note: Cooking appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results always cook from frozen and always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove from outer packaging.
Microwave From Frozen
Leave pudding in pot – place pastry side down in microwave Heat on full power: Category D – 750 watt: 3 mins 30 secs Category E – 850-1000 watt: 2 mins 30 secs Turn pudding pastry side up, add 1 tablespoon of water to the pastry lid and then: Heat on full power: Category D – 750 watt: 3 mins 30 secs Category E – 850-1000 watt: 1 mins 45 secs For best results, rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven cook From Frozen
Pre-heat oven to gas mark 4/180°C/350°F. Stand pudding (in its pot) in a shallow dish containing boiling water. Cover with foil and place dish (with pudding) in the oven. From frozen: 1 hour 45 mins From Defrosted: 1 hour 15 mins
